Overall Summary
We’re searching for proven job evaluation consultants to join our growing team as associates.
In this position, you will focus on job analysis – undertaking interviews with role-holders, running workshops, and compiling high quality, detailed job evaluation profiles. Alongside managing job evaluation projects, to provide an end-to-end service to clients, you will also contribute to the running and development of high-quality job evaluation training.
The ideal candidate is highly organised and has a sound understanding of roles and organisational structures. Excellent drafting skills and the ability to compile job evaluation profiles which outline the critical nuances of senior and complex roles is a key requirement for this role.
Applicants will be asked to exemplify their drafting experience, by providing examples of job profiles or recent reports, briefing papers, policy submissions, HR policy and procedures etc.
While compensation experience is welcomed, candidates should note, this is not a reward or compensation role, and the primary focus will be on your job evaluation experience.

Requirements:
- A sound working knowledge of civil service job evaluation methodologies (JEGS/JESP), or another mainstream methodology e.g. Hay, WTW Global Grading System, the Mercer IPE system
- An analytical mindset
- Excellent skills in facilitation and presentation, to engage a range of audiences and
deliver online training events - Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and senior management
- Able to work remotely
- Excellent time management skills to manage multiple projects to deadlines
